Muslim Nasiha grants you permission to download and use the application for personal, educational, and non-commercial religious study. Under this license you agree not to:

• Sell, rent, or commercially exploit the software or its compiled databases;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code unlawfully;
• Remove copyright notices, scholarly attribution, or branding from the materials;
• Distribute modified copies claiming official endorsement;
• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

This license may be terminated if any of these conditions are violated.

3. Content Authenticity & Religious Guidance

While every effort is made to ensure that all Quranic verses, Hadith texts, translations, and Tafseer works are completely accurate and verified under scholarly supervision, this app is intended as an educational aid.

For specific personal Islamic rulings (Fatwas), users should consult directly with qualified local Islamic scholars (Muftis).

4. Limitation of Liability

Nasiha Softs provides this service in good faith on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We strive for uninterrupted availability but are not liable for any temporary service disruptions.

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
